BLACK VANILLA PODS – MADAGASCARIENSIS
Origin : Madagascar (Bourbon region)
100% Natural product
A wild and endemic species of the island, originating from a liana with white flowers and oversized pods, different from the market habits. Excessive maturity and long scalding bring to these pods the possibility of offering a significant quantity of vanilla caviar. A product to be discovered as the production is limited, although it has delicious flavours and a high level of vanillin. A Gourmet vanilla for modern cuisine, an asset of choice for pastry chefs, craftsmen and restorers. Also aimed at professionals looking for high added value products (caviar and vanilla seeds) for new creations. A subtle spice, combining the visual of a Tahitensis vanilla with the aromatic potential comparable to Planifolia vanilla.
